What You'll Do

• Support the operational management of activities related to collection development, including grids, sales books, and shooting lists.
• Assist in drafting documents for pre- and post-sales campaigns, including closing analyses and buying presentations.
• Conduct competitor and market trend research to aid in the creation of collection plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analyses on retail and web performance.
• Support stock allocation based on sales performance and monitor delivery progress.
• Create analyses for markdown lists and related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• A passion for fashion and luxury is a plus.
