Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Email) - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Email) to join our team at BetterMe. This is a remote position where you will have the opportunity to create stunning email designs that resonate with our audience. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to empower millions to become better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What You'll Do

• Create visually appealing email designs and creatives that align with our brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the Email Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Web teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Develop and maintain the visual style of email campaigns, utilizing email design systems effectively.
• Create and work with animated graphics to enhance user engagement.
• Stay updated with global design trends to keep our email campaigns fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency or product company.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work, experience, and creativity.
• Awareness of global design trends and the ability to incorporate them into your work.
• Experience with After Effects or animation tools in Figma is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates.
