eTrading Strategist/​Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and experienced eTrading Strategist/Developer remote to join our dynamic trading team. This role offers the opportunity to work on building a best-in-class electronic trading platform across global Rates products. As an eTrading Strategist/Developer, you'll be at the forefront of developing automated trading strategies and pricing models.

What You'll Do

• Develop and operate automated trading strategies across client and interdealer electronic venues.
• Collaborate with a small, self-organizing team to enhance user feedback within an agile development process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the bank to manage expectations and deliver high-profile products.
• Utilize your understanding of Fixed Income markets to create intuitive and reliable eTrading systems.
• Inspire team members through effective communication and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an eTrading Strategist/Developer remote.
• Strong understanding of electronic markets and Fixed Income products.
• Proven track record of owning delivery of high-profile products.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated trading systems.
• Knowledge of derivatives and cash markets.
• Familiarity with risk management practices.
