Customer Success Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at BGV Badische Versicherungen. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to provide personalized support and comprehensive consulting to our new and existing clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you will actively build and expand your own portfolio of clients while representing our company at public events.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized support and holistic consulting to our new and existing clients.
• Actively develop and expand your own client portfolio.
• Sell composite products and products from our health insurance, life insurance, and savings partners.
• Process sales orders and manage claims.
• Support sales initiatives and participate in informational and training events.
• Represent the company at public events and networking opportunities.
• Report directly to the Regional Director.
• Potential for taking over an independent agency under § 84 HGB.

Requirements

• Completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) for insurance and finance or as an insurance specialist (m/f/d).
• Experience in selling own and third-party products or in customer consulting.
• Strong sales skills with excellent communication and social competence.
• Ability to act responsibly and understand cross-departmental relationships.
• High self-motivation, performance orientation, and a very independent working style.
• Strong customer and service orientation, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with digital tools for customer relationship management.
• Additional certifications in sales or customer service.
