About the Role

We're hiring a Meta Financial Analyst & O2C Operations Consultant - Remote to join our innovative team at Aurora Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our billing and credit operations for Meta's advertising platforms. As a remote consultant, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of enhancing sales and profitability for our diverse clientele.

What You'll Do

• Advise on best practices for credit line management and billing operations.
• Help optimize billing and payment operations across multiple ad accounts.
• Provide guidance on entity verification and credit assessments.
• Support in resolving billing issues and improving client onboarding processes.
• Utilize your experience with Meta's invoicing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline O2C operations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial tracking and reporting.
• Leverage tools like SAP and Meta's billing platforms to drive results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing, credit, payment, or collections operations.
• Familiarity with Meta's invoicing and credit line processes is essential.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
• Experience with SAP or chargeback management systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience at Accenture or similar companies.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment processes.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager.
