Indirect Tax Analyst - EMEA Region (Remote Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Indirect Tax Analyst (Remote) to join our finance team at ES Talent Management. This fully remote role offers you the opportunity to work within a dynamic consultancy firm specializing in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. As an Indirect Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting indirect tax compliance and reporting across the EMEA region.

What You'll Do

• Support indirect tax compliance and reporting across the EMEA region.
• Prepare and review VAT returns and filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with VAT reconciliations and identify indirect tax risks.
• Support tax audits and respond to information requests from tax authorities.
• Utilize SAP for data extraction and analysis to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Work independently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
• Contribute to the overall success of global pharmaceutical organizations through effective tax management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in indirect tax compliance, particularly VAT.
• Strong experience with SAP and its functionalities.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and their tax implications.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
