About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter - Remote to join Dropbox's dynamic team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering talent landscape at Dropbox, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of empowering individuals and teams through innovative cloud storage solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles that directly influence Dropbox’s product innovation and infrastructure.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain high-quality engineering talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates against defined outcomes to ensure a strong fit for our engineering teams.
• Lead offer strategy and negotiation processes for technical talent, ensuring competitive offers that attract the best candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding, fostering a positive impression of Dropbox.
• Leverage data and AI tools to inform recruiting decisions and enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.
• Drive impact across technical sourcing strategy and stakeholder advisory, influencing scalable hiring practices in a Virtual First environment.
• Enhance efficiency and decision quality in hiring processes through innovative approaches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles.
• Proven track record of building high-quality engineering talent pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple complex technical requisitions independently.
• Strong understanding of technical interview processes and inclusive hiring practices.
• Experience leveraging data and AI tools in recruiting to make informed decisions.
