What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve high performance and meet key metrics.
• Oversee the end-to-end inbound funnel and conversion performance, ensuring rapid qualification and scheduling of high-volume inbound leads.
• Implement structured oversight and process discipline to prevent leakage in the sales funnel.
• Drive team results through collaboration with RevOps and Marketing for lead scoring refinement.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with Account Executive (AE) leadership to optimize performance.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills and CRM navigation expertise to enhance team efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-volume inbound teams in a sales environment.
• Expert-level command of Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, and Marketo.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.

• Familiarity with remote work tools and best practices.
