Meta Ads Expert - Performance Marketing for Luxury Jewelry Company

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Meta Ads Expert to join our team at CAPULET Jewelry, a leading luxury jewelry brand known for its sustainable and handcrafted pieces. This Meta Ads Expert remote position offers you the chance to make a significant impact on our performance marketing strategies through effective Meta Ads campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

What You'll Do

• Strategically plan, implement, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to drive revenue growth and maximize ROAS.
• Create and test engaging ad creatives, collaborating with our content team as needed.
• Conduct performance analysis and develop scaling strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Manage budget distribution and monitor ongoing campaign performance.
• Perform A/B testing, funnel optimization, audience building, and retargeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously develop our advertising structure and account strategy to align with business goals.
• Utilize your several years of experience with Meta Business Manager, particularly with high ad budgets.
• Leverage your solid knowledge in conversion-driven e-commerce marketing to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, copywriting, and creative development.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results, not just KPIs.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and/or Pinterest Ads is a plus.
• Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think entrepreneurially.
