Digital Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join CTI Digital as a Digital Project Manager and take charge of delivering high-value projects in a collaborative and innovative environment. This Digital Project Manager remote role allows you to work with a team of over 150 strategists and specialists who are dedicated to creating bold digital experiences for ambitious brands.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-faceted website projects from strategy and planning to execution and launch.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope while maintaining portfolio profitability.
• Proactively monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies to meet high quality standards.
• Act as the lead point of contact for stakeholders, leading client meetings and navigating complex requirements.
• Work closely with Resource Managers to align team resourcing and promote a culture of accountability and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior members of the Delivery team, helping them navigate risks and fostering their professional growth.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Solid project management experience within an agency or digital services environment.
• Proven familiarity with managing multiple large-scale projects or digital transformation programmes in parallel.
• Confidence in handling substantial budgets, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Deep knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and resourcing across departments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Knowledge of project management software such as Asana or Trello.
