Medior Project Coordinator - Remote Energy Transition

About the Role

We are seeking a Medior Project Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the energy transition. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful high-voltage projects. As a Medior Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in preparing technical project requests, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare technical documentation for complex project requests.
• Coordinate research, manage permits, and determine necessary materials.
• Conduct cost calculations and project reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide guidance to project leaders.

Requirements

• A completed HBO degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a project coordinator.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the energy sector or with high-voltage projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office work.

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,594.44 to €5,512.37 (based on a 40-hour work week).
