Medical Representative - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Plan and optimize sales force performance by analyzing sales and market information, then developing action plans with the Area Manager to achieve objectives.
• Ensure the provision of accurate and approved product information to all members of the healthcare community.
• Explore area potential by gathering information on competitors and developing a Product Development Plan (PDP).
• Analyze sales performance and activities, and follow up on action plans.
• Conduct hospital listings and execute marketing activities for assigned products, including detailing and focus group discussions.
• Monitor product stock availability in hospitals and pharmacies.
• Collaborate with other sales force members, marketing, and internal teams on various cross-functional projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with medical communities and distributors, conducting activities to support product registration in hospitals and institutional formularies.
• Manage competencies in product knowledge, medical knowledge, and selling skills.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
