Manufacturing Production Operator - Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Operator for the night shift at Samtec, Inc. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations in our Taipei facility. As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to our production goals. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this position, as it is critical for effective communication within the team.

What You'll Do

• Operate machinery according to production processes, ensuring product assembly meets quality standards.
• Utilize soldering tools for connectors and wiring, ensuring precision in assembly.
• Coordinate with fellow operators to adhere to production and procedural standards.
• Conduct basic product inspections to maintain quality assurance.
• Document daily production records accurately to track output.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
• Participate in assembly and quality training sessions to enhance skills.
• Utilize tools such as calipers and basic inspection equipment to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Intermediate level proficiency in Mandarin is required.
• Experience with soldering and soldering guns is preferred.
• Ability to perform visual inspections effectively.
• Experience with BNA, PNA, and TDR testing instruments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Familiarity with production documentation processes.

What We Offer

• Base salary starting at NT$35,000 per month.
• Full attendance bonus of NT$1,000.
• Meal allowance of NT$1,800.
• Night shift allowance of NT$600 per day, totaling approximately NT$13,200 monthly.
