Manager, NPD Stage Gate Project Management - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
Ansell is seeking a Manager, NPD Stage Gate Project Management to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead the NPD Stage Gate process, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement across all Business Units. What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full NPD Stage Gate process, ensuring alignment with long-range plans and NPD targets.
- Train Gate Keepers and stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding of Stage Gate requirements.
- Collaborate with GCMs, RCMs, R&D, and cross-functional teams to build and manage the global NPD pipeline.
- Maintain and oversee the project tracking dashboard for all NPD and product-related projects.
- Plan and lead Stage Gate meetings, ensuring timely updates, complete documentation, and proper decision-making readiness.
- Lead assigned strategic GPMO projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Set project priorities, assign tasks, monitor financials, and provide clear status updates to management.
- Manage and develop a team of Project Coordinators, ensuring timely execution of projects including end-to-end coordination of in-plant artwork implementation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Project Management professional certification (PMP) or equivalent is an advantage.
- Skills in using Microsoft Power BI are a plus.
- Experience in Product Management and Stage Gate processes.
- Experience leading product rationalization projects.
- Flexibility to attend global online meetings, including some scheduled at night due to time zone differences.
