What You'll Do
- Field a high volume of Business-to-Business inbound sales calls and emails daily.
- Conduct sales qualification processes with inbound leads to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide detailed specifications to the outside sales team to facilitate effective sales strategies.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team to enhance sales efficiency.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales metrics to contribute to overall team success.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach.
- Manage and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.
- Prepare accurate reports for management to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales function.
Requirements
