About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator remote to join our dynamic team at YES&. This role is essential in ensuring efficient maintenance operations, providing comprehensive administrative support to our hospitality management services. You will play a vital role in processing invoices, managing documentation, and coordinating communications to enhance our guests' experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with accounting requirements.
  • Maintain communication with vendors and internal departments to address any operational challenges.
  • Monitor daily occupancy reports and coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments.
  • Create and submit work orders to ensure prompt maintenance responses.
  • Organize and manage supply storerooms, ensuring all items are accounted for and accessible.
  • Train employees on proper product usage and maintain quality assurance through inspections.
  • Implement tracking systems for orders and manage the disposal of surplus supplies.
  • Perform clerical duties and assist management with budgetary guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a hospitable personality.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar administrative position preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
