About the Role

What You'll Do
- Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with accounting requirements.
- Maintain communication with vendors and internal departments to address any operational challenges.
- Monitor daily occupancy reports and coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments.
- Create and submit work orders to ensure prompt maintenance responses.
- Organize and manage supply storerooms, ensuring all items are accounted for and accessible.
- Train employees on proper product usage and maintain quality assurance through inspections.
- Implement tracking systems for orders and manage the disposal of surplus supplies.
- Perform clerical duties and assist management with budgetary guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills and a hospitable personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- At least one year of experience in a similar administrative position preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
