Lifecycle Analytics Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Lifecycle Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bitso, the leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America. In this remote role, you will manage lifecycle marketing campaigns end-to-end, helping to translate business goals into engaging, multi-channel communication journeys that drive measurable impact on user activation, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle journeys across multiple channels to drive measurable growth in user activation, feature adoption, and long-term retention.
• Manage the technical configuration of our marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Clevertap), ensuring seamless campaign execution.
• Leverage SQL to extract and analyze customer data, monitoring channel health and identifying behavioral patterns that inform highly personalized communication strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams to ensure operational excellence and flawless alignment.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Requirements

• Proven English fluency.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a related growth-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform (Clevertap, Braze, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL querying.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
