About the Role
We are seeking a talented Lead Software Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team at SciLeads. What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions using C#, .NET, and cloud technologies.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Utilize AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker to manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Implement CI/CD processes to streamline development workflows.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Participate in quarterly meet-ups and virtual office activities to maintain team cohesion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Experience with SQL databases and Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (SDLC) and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with AI and data engineering is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
