Returns & Claims Associate - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Returns & Claims Associate remote to manage and resolve customer and partner claims across our business. This role is critical in ensuring fair, timely, and policy-compliant claim resolution while maintaining high standards of communication and documentation.

What You'll Do

• Manage claims across multiple categories including logistics issues, service quality disputes, billing discrepancies, and product-related claims.
• Coordinate physical and non-physical returns, validating requests and tracking statuses.
• Act as a single point of contact for all claim-related topics, collaborating with internal teams such as Logistics, Finance, and Sales.
• Ensure accurate financial handling of claims, including credits, refunds, and reimbursements.
• Track and analyze claim volumes, identifying recurring issues and proposing preventive actions.
• Provide clear and professional updates on claim statuses to customers and partners.

Requirements

• Excellent French language skills (both written and spoken) are required.
• Minimum B2 level in English for effective communication.
• 2-3+ years of experience in claims management or customer operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple claim types and priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplaces or B2B environments.
• Exposure to contracts, SLAs, or policy-driven decision-making.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or ticketing tools.
• Data literacy and basic reporting skills.
