What You'll Do
- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
- Conduct company evaluations to assess potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Perform eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are suitable for acquisition.
- Stay informed on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas according to the sales team’s needs.
- Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
- Provide weekly reporting and analysis of your work in a presentable format.
Requirements
- C2 level of Turkish and C1 level of English.
- 16 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the UK market.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets for organizing data and creating simple reports.
- Experience identifying market patterns and understanding small business dynamics.
- Attention to detail and strives for accuracy in tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their basic functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with moderate supervision.
Nice to Have
- General understanding of the Middle East business landscape.
- Knowledge of market trends and key sectors in the Middle East.
- Familiarity with Middle East business practices and etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of Middle East data privacy regulations (GDPR and local regulations).
