Project Leader - Asset Management & Infrastructure (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader specializing in asset management and infrastructure to join our dynamic team. As a Project Leader, you will oversee complex infrastructure projects and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This Project Leader role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to choose from locations like Breda, Hengelo, Capelle aan den IJssel, or Medemblik.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects related to pavement research, inspections, and multi-year maintenance plans.
• Ensure the achievement and enhancement of our asset management position.
• Lead project teams focusing on planning, quality, safety, and cost management.
• Advise clients on maintenance strategies, lifespan, and risk assessments.
• Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete projects.
• Collaborate closely with preparers, inspectors, operators of measurement vehicles, advisors, and specialists.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project leader in civil engineering, preferably in pavement and asset management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and team leadership capabilities.
• Understanding of how to achieve revenue targets and leverage commercial opportunities.
• Ability to be a solid partner for clients and colleagues.
• HBO or WO level education in civil engineering or a related field.
• Structured work approach, forward-thinking, and quality assurance in projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in asset management.
• Proficiency in project management software.
