HR Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team at Focusrite, where you can work remotely and make a significant impact in the music technology industry. As an HR Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our People Team, providing empathetic and accurate support throughout the employee journey.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first line of HR support, managing the shared People Team inbox and resolving queries in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, performance matters, and wellbeing.
• Coordinate the people forum, including meeting preparation and public communications.
• Maintain accurate employee data across the HRIS and produce core HR reports.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives and promote ongoing development offerings.
• Assist with the delivery of our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB) program.
• Coordinate wellbeing provisions and provide managers with guidance to support their teams.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll changes accurately and coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar HR role with a degree-level education or CIPD Level 3 qualification.
• Working knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good data analysis capability with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the music or technology industry.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Certification in HR-related fields.
