About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the design efforts for our B2B SaaS products, ensuring user-centered solutions that enhance the overall user experience. As a Lead Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process for product features from concept to execution, focusing on usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design strategies.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product design is a plus.
