Head of Product - Digital Experiences

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Product to join Bauer Media Group, a leading media organization, in a pivotal role that will shape customer-facing experiences across audio, web, and app products. This Head of Product remote position is an exciting opportunity to lead our digitally-focused product team and make a significant impact on our international markets.

What You'll Do

• Transform how we operate as a product organization by translating business strategy into measurable product initiatives.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, fostering a high-performing, outcome-focused product function.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product – Platform to ensure alignment of product initiatives with platform capabilities.
• Embed structured discovery and robust planning processes within the team.
• Ensure strong governance and transparent prioritization across markets.
• Support international rollout activities and enable teams to transition from project mode to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in digital or product leadership within a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into outcome-focused product initiatives.
• Proven success in building product maturity, including processes, structure, and analytics.
• Comfortable operating in a shared leadership model with engineering counterparts.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across markets.

Nice to Have

• Experience with consumer digital platforms such as audio or subscription-based services.
• Background working across diverse international markets.
