About the Role

Circle is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer - Applied AI to join our innovative team. As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge AI solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process for applied AI products, ensuring a user-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define and implement design strategies.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in applied AI or related fields.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices in product design.
  • Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in product design.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design sprints.
