About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Bitstack. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products and the overall user experience for our growing customer base of over 300,000 users. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your design expertise will directly impact our mission to democratize finance.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with engineering, care, and compliance teams to deliver impactful projects.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from idea to polished delivery, taking ownership for achieving their success.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visuals with exceptional attention to detail.
• Use and improve our lightweight design system components.
• Communicate design decisions with clarity, inviting feedback while holding a strong vision.
• Contribute to setting the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Bitstack.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing high-quality products in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A portfolio featuring exceptional craft, taste, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles.
• Experience with prototyping in Figma and other design tools.
• Ability to lead projects independently from discovery to shipping.
• Clear communicator who can distill feedback and articulate design decisions.

• Experience shipping to production, potentially with assistance from AI tools.
