About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the post-sale journey for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. Your expertise will be crucial in creating targeted, data-driven marketing programs that drive product adoption and minimize churn.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Design and launch high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs.
- Build personalized customer journeys using advanced segmentation.
- Create and distribute high-value content assets like case studies and webinars.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams for aligned messaging.
- Proactively mitigate retention risks through targeted programs.
- Own the customer advocacy and reference program initiatives.
- Manage the lifecycle campaign calendar and communication orchestration.
- Establish and report on core KPIs for performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain messaging consistency.
- Enhance the annual Customer User Group meeting and year-round programming.
- Launch and pilot a Customer Advisory Board program.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record in driving adoption and expansion revenue.
- Experience working with Customer Success teams for alignment on health metrics.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong skills in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with ABM tools, such as DemandBase or 6Sense.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach for defining KPIs and optimizing programs.
- Experience building customer advocacy/reference programs.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
