Global Go-To-Market Recruiter - Fixed-Term Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Global Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our team at BeyondTrust. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating a safer world through our cybersecurity SaaS portfolio. As a Global GTM Recruiter, you will play a vital role in scaling our hiring efforts and building a world-class team that drives our success.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source candidates through various recruiting channels, including our ATS (Greenhouse), direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), and social networks.
- Own and manage the entire recruitment process for the full spectrum of sales roles.
- Build close relationships with hiring managers and teams, conducting effective job kick-off meetings to secure an understanding of role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including generating accurate offers and maintaining exceptional attention to detail in all offer documentation.
- Efficiently report on vacancy hiring progress, utilizing our ATS system (Greenhouse) to track, schedule, and record candidate journey and feedback.
- Be a BeyondTrust advocate, expertly telling our story and uncovering candidates’ motivators, purpose, and experience.
- Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience.
- Continuously evaluate and provide ideas to improve our recruiting systems and processes, making them more efficient and effective.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting within Sales and Go-To-Market functions in the software/SaaS industry in EMEA (APAC and US hiring experience is a bonus).
- Proven in-house recruiter with experience partnering directly with internal teams to understand business needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Immigration, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance.
- Expert LinkedIn Recruiter user and outbound sourcer.
- Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands-on experience managing structured interview frameworks within our ATS, Greenhouse.
