About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Video Associate Producer to join our dynamic team at Disney. This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely while contributing to the creation and delivery of high-quality digital video content for ESPN’s UK and international audiences. As a Digital Video Associate Producer, you will help bring compelling sports stories to life across YouTube and ESPN’s digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Identify trending sports moments and translate them into engaging digital video opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and distribute content that activates new audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance content quality and engagement.
• Manage production timelines to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Maintain proficiency in the latest trends and best practices for digital video content.
• Ensure edits meet ESPN’s editorial and brand standards while delivering accurate video content.
• Optimize content for YouTube and other digital platforms, including metadata and thumbnails.
• Represent the team professionally in cross-functional meetings and react promptly to breaking news.

Requirements

• Experience in digital video production and distribution, ideally within sports or entertainment.
• Identifiable experience working on a branded YouTube channel.
• Strong editing skills, particularly in Premiere Pro; After Effects knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of YouTube platform dynamics.
• Ability to shoot video content independently.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A passion for sports and awareness of key news cycles and events.

Nice to Have

• Experience with live sports production.
• Familiarity with social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
