About the Role

We are looking for a Late Co-Founder - CMO / Growth to join Teneo Protocol, a full-stack infrastructure for the agentic internet. This is not just a marketing hire; it’s a seat at the founding table. As a Late Co-Founder, you will take full ownership of how Teneo shows up in the world, shaping our narrative, growth, community, brand, and go-to-market strategies. This role offers you the opportunity to work remotely and lead a dynamic team in a rapidly evolving industry.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full-scope marketing strategy, driving growth and ecosystem development.
  • Lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across crypto and AI sectors.
  • Develop compelling narratives, content, and thought leadership that resonate with users, developers, and enterprises.
  • Oversee the user journey from end-to-end, including the website, landing pages, dashboards, and agent console.
  • Implement B2B marketing strategies for enterprise adoption of our Agent Console and Consumer SDK.
  • Conduct market intelligence to analyze competitors, trends, and community signals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a founder or in a role with true end-to-end ownership.
  • Deep understanding of Web3, protocols, infrastructure, and crypto go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to simplify deeply technical products and make them feel inevitable to users.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can move quickly.
  • Prepared to lead through Token Generation Event (TGE) and beyond.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in community building and management.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and growth hacking.
  • Familiarity with decentralized applications and AI technologies.
