Marketing Manager - Remote Telecom Innovator

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager remote to join TOMIA, a leader in real-time Roaming Value-Added Services (VAS) solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of our innovative telecom solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to enhance TOMIA's brand presence.
• Create compelling content and sales collateral, including battle cards, demos, presentations, and one-pagers.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to inform marketing strategies and educate sales teams.
• Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns based on pre-defined KPIs, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
• Organize industry events and manage public relations strategies to support branding activities.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and understand their expectations from TOMIA.
• Position TOMIA as a leader in the roaming industry through award submissions and strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related role.
• Strong execution skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
• Creative thinking with the ability to propose and implement innovative marketing ideas.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven marketing platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing.
