Join Avon as the Head of Cash & Risk Management in a remote capacity, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies. As the Head of Cash & Risk Management, you'll lead our global cash flow forecasting and financial risk management activities, ensuring that we maintain a strong liquidity position.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and management of 13-week, 52-week, and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Build and deliver weekly cash reporting dashboards and lead cash board meetings.
• Analyze working capital drivers and partner with FP&A, markets, GBS, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Support capital structure planning and long-term liquidity strategy.
• Oversee financial risk management, including FX forecasting and hedging strategies.
• Drive automation, innovation, and AI-driven improvements across treasury processes.
• Collaborate with a global treasury team managing cash and FX exposures across 35+ markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a multinational treasury environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, FX risk, and hedging.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed environment is a plus.
• A professional qualification in Accounting or Treasury.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A transformational mindset with a passion for leveraging technology.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, complex environments and influencing senior leaders.
