About the Role
We are seeking a Korean to Japanese Lyric Transliteration Reviewer - Remote to evaluate machine-transliterated song lyrics. This role is crucial for assessing the quality and accuracy of transliteration from Korean to Japanese (Katakana). Your feedback will directly contribute to improving automated transliterated systems, ensuring that the lyrics resonate authentically with the intended audience.
What You'll Do
- Review and assess machine-transliterated lyrics for meaning, fluency, and naturalness.
- Provide quality ratings based on predefined evaluation criteria.
- Identify issues such as mis-transliterated words and provide corrections for errors.
- Maintain consistent and objective judgment throughout the review process.
- Work on a flexible schedule, averaging 4 hours per day.
Requirements
- Native-level or near-native proficiency in Korean to Japanese (Katakana) transliteration.
- Strong understanding of linguistic nuances, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context in both scripts.
- Ability to focus on detail and maintain concentration over large volumes of content.
- Previous experience in translation, localization, or linguistic quality evaluation is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with different music genres and lyrical styles is nice to have.
- Experience using online evaluation tools or platforms is also advantageous.
