About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) remote to join our dynamic team at Magnet Forensics. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our customer experience, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive growth and success. What You'll Do

  • Qualify all inbound leads generated by marketing based on defined lead qualification criteria.
  • Generate new logo pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads.
  • Leverage prospecting strategies, including phone, email, and social networking to connect with prospective customers, identify their needs and challenges, and qualify their interest.
  • Work closely with our sales team (Account Executives) to schedule discovery meetings with sales-ready leads/prospects.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing and sales tools, such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Pardot, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage new contacts via our CRM platform (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy for long-term pipeline development.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects consistently and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team and build strong relationships across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or SDR roles.
  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media tools like LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (preferably German or French).
  • Organized self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a hunter spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a CRM system like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with the lead funnel process - lead generation, follow-up, and tracking.
  • Prior experience with lead prospecting software tools and/or chatbot monitoring.
