About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Control Agent to join our team at Praktiker Hellas. As a Credit Control Agent, you will play a crucial role in assessing customer creditworthiness and ensuring the effective implementation of our credit policies.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and monitor customer creditworthiness and compliance with company credit policies.
• Manage open customer balances, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes and outstanding issues.
• Oversee a portfolio of payment methods including checks and transfers.
• Ensure security of credits and claims, while monitoring overdue and risky receivables.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve credit management processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Passion for innovation and creativity.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and solve problems.
