About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Painter to join our team at Emerson. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and painting components that require assembly according to fixed painting instructions and procedures. What You'll Do

• Prepare valves and castings for sandblasting by masking and sandblasting them.
• Perform painting operations on various components following established procedures.
• Administer daily activities using computer systems to track progress and report issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Completion of a Painter or Finisher vocational training or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to assist and collaborate with team members.
• Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage.
