We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our team at Aviko, specializing in plant-based cheese manufacturing. As a Production Operator, you will oversee the production process, from monitoring equipment to ensuring the final product meets our high standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment for plant-based cheese, ensuring smooth operations.
• Take action on any deviations in the production process to maintain quality standards.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee top-quality products through precise monitoring.
• Manage supporting processes such as energy use and waste management effectively.
• Act as a troubleshooter, addressing any equipment malfunctions and performing first-line maintenance.
• Contribute to process optimization with your creative ideas and drive for improvement.

Requirements

• Completed Vapro B training or willingness to pursue this qualification.
• Strong technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• A healthy dose of ambition and a proactive approach to work.
• Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
