Junior Sales Operations Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Pretto. This remote position is vital in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our commercial machine, which consists of over 100 people. You will play a crucial role in building the foundations for our future growth through automation and data analysis.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations by overseeing the technical stack (Salesforce, Ringover) and commercial processes.
• Act as the primary contact for Sales to resolve their pain points efficiently.
• Ensure the onboarding and training of new hires, updating training materials and playbooks to maximize user autonomy.
• Handle the administrative management of sales team commissions, collaborating closely with the Finance department to track revenue.
• Guarantee the integrity of data entered into our tools, which is essential for securing strategic analyses.
• Identify operational weaknesses and lead continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.
• Drive automation initiatives and low-code projects to enhance internal processes and eliminate low-value tasks.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Management Control, Project Management, or Data Analysis (internships and apprenticeships included).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex functions, data structuring).
• Strong familiarity with digital tools (CRM, Google Suite).
• Knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage for querying data independently.
• Hybrid profile: both "Hands-on" (resourcefulness, responsiveness) and "Analytical" (long-term vision, structuring).
• Absolute rigor, especially concerning remuneration and data quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to adapt communication to various stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance, Managers).

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools and processes.
