Junior Quality Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to join our team at Baltic Towers. This remote Junior Quality Analyst position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our quality department while working from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for collecting production documentation, ensuring its completeness and accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to meet client deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Gather production documentation from relevant departments.
• Verify the completeness and basic accuracy of collected documentation.
• Submit required documents to clients within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to fill in missing documentation.
• Monitor the timeliness of document preparation.
• Perform ongoing tasks assigned by your supervisor as part of your role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a minimum A2 level for communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with documentation effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Familiarity with quality management systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools.
