About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Healthcare Consultant to join KPMG's dynamic team, offering a remote opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will contribute to the digital transformation of Italy's healthcare system, helping to improve services for over 60 million citizens.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing digital strategies for healthcare organizations, focusing on user and patient experience.
• Collaborate with NHS bodies to outline strategies and assess the economic and organizational impacts of proposed changes.
• Prepare IT strategies that align with the digital maturity of existing systems and create actionable roadmaps.
• Monitor the status and evolution of healthcare services, ensuring effective management and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and NHS officials to drive meaningful change in the sector.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in engineering or business (preferably healthcare economics) with excellent academic results.
• Strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and database management.
• Excellent command of English, with study or work experience abroad being a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
