About the Role

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve incidents and maintain documentation for future reference.
- Perform basic cloud administration tasks across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines and services to enhance deployment processes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on automation tasks to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including DNS, VPN, and Firewalls.
- Strong communication skills and proactive habits for remote work.
- Knowledge of Windows or Linux administration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ticketing platforms like Jira or ServiceNow.
- 1–2 years of IT Support, NOC, or Help Desk experience.
