IT Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As an IT Manager, you will oversee enterprise infrastructure and operational technology functions, guiding a blended engineering and operations team. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day IT services and delivering scalable, secure business solutions through commercial platforms, system integrations, and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise combined with strong leadership skills and a service-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do

• Own end-user computing and core IT infrastructure with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Design and deliver business-aligned solutions across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and cloud platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365 E5 capabilities, licensing, and roadmap planning.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, patching, and security using Intune and related tools.
• Partner with security teams to support cybersecurity initiatives and SOC 2–aligned controls.
• Prioritize operational work, projects, and improvements to meet business needs.
• Support Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments as needed.
• Contribute to technology integration efforts during M&A activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, end-user computing, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years in a senior or leadership role with hands-on technical ownership.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (E5), Intune, and endpoint management.
• Proven solution design skills and ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices, patching, and compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOC 2).
• Ability to prioritize effectively and operate in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Familiarity with M&A technology integration.
• Certifications in IT management or cloud technologies.
