Inventory Coordinator - Remote Opportunity in Medical Devices
About the Role
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator remote to join our dynamic team at EBOS Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of inventory management processes, contributing to our mission of delivering life-changing medical solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
What You'll Do
- Manage all inventory movements and related processes within the local branch.
- Receipt stock in SAP when received from the national warehouse.
- Handle all consignment replenishments to be picked and dispatched to customers in SAP.
- Oversee expiry management of both loan kit and shelf stock.
- Collaborate with the Consignment manager in the return and management of expired consignment stock.
- Conduct cycle counts as required from the national warehouse.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shelf stock location.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory management and systems improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with SAP or MyMediset is desirable.
- Understanding of ERP/inventory systems.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate superior time management skills.
- Can-do attitude and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
