About the Role

Dashlabs.ai is seeking a passionate Intern in Finance and Data - Remote to join our innovative team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on automating and optimizing healthcare and medical diagnostic lab operations. This role is perfect for those currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, Data Science, IT, MIS, or related fields. You will contribute to our mission of making quality healthcare accessible through advanced technology.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in providing core finance and accounting services, including the month-end close process and reconciliation activities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financials while executing control performance.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company.
  • Identify and enable process improvement opportunities by understanding end-to-end processes and sharing insights.
  • Support organizational capability by sharing your knowledge and expertise in finance and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, Data Science, IT, MIS, or related courses; MBA and MFin candidates are also welcome.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and background in Finance and/or Accounting work.
  • Keen attention to detail and proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills to build relationships with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with digital tools and other technology systems.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for learning digital tools and technologies.
