About the Role

We’re hiring an Integration Support Agent to join our team at Wert.io. This remote position focuses on providing exceptional support to our partners as they integrate our innovative Web3 payment solutions. As an Integration Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our partners can seamlessly connect with our platform, making crypto payments as simple and safe as traditional online purchases. This role is perfect for someone passionate about Web3 and eager to help others navigate the integration process.

What You'll Do

  • Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from our engineering team, acting as the first line of support.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to make integrations smoother and faster, enhancing the overall partner experience.
  • Represent Wert in partner chats (Discord, Telegram, Slack), ensuring partners feel supported and informed during their integration journey.
  • Maintain and expand our knowledge base and internal documentation to facilitate better support.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions, ensuring our solutions meet partner needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies, including NFTs, smart contracts, and DeFi.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with partners.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy finding better ways to do things.
  • Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable learning APIs, testing integrations, and understanding basic code snippets.
  • An active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, or SQL.
  • Experience in a similar integration or technical support role.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
