BIM Modeler - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team at SMAC. This BIM Modeler remote position offers the opportunity to work on innovative construction projects while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. You will play a crucial role in creating technical plans and ensuring compliance with architectural solutions and regulations.

What You'll Do

• Participate in project transfer meetings and ensure architectural plans meet technical standards.
• Analyze BIM charters and ensure compliance with environmental, thermal, and fire safety standards.
• Create detailed drawings and identify technical anomalies, proposing solutions that align with client expectations.
• Utilize CAD/BIM software to produce execution plans and maintain interface with various stakeholders.
• Update plans based on modifications during construction and provide technical support to project managers.
• Ensure the validation of plans and compile the Dossier of Executed Works (DOE) for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in a similar role within the building envelope sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhinoceros 3D, and BIM is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
