What You'll Do

• Manage and support Microsoft applications and related maintenance.
• Handle user accounts, rights, and access controls in a secure environment.
• Implement and enforce stringent security measures to ensure IT safety.
• Assist users with their inquiries and provide training and instructions.
• Document IT processes, guidelines, and procedures for clarity.
• Contribute actively to automating processes within the support team.
• Deliver functional and technical remote support to customers.
• Identify, recommend, and implement system configuration recommendations.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree in IT or business administration with an affinity for IT.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 admin portals and the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Strong interest in technology, IT, programming, or building solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Solution-oriented, ambitious, and flexible mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
