Industry Manager - Global Strategic Accounts (Remote)

About the Role

Reddit is seeking an Industry Manager for Global Strategic Accounts to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales pod focused on Reddit's most important global customers headquartered in Europe. As an Industry Manager, you will drive business growth and enhance strategic partnerships, making a significant impact in the media and entertainment industry.

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales pod of Client Partners and Account Managers.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections to ensure rigorous execution against revenue targets.
• Identify skill gaps and design individual development plans, including mentoring and training opportunities.
• Own pod strategy, forecasting, and revenue accountability, building and executing quarterly and annual business plans.
• Build and strengthen senior and C-suite relationships across client and agency stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional execution and product adoption by partnering with various teams to deliver holistic programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in media or advertising.
• Proven track record of managing global strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
• Experience in developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and strategic partnerships.
