About the Role
We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Freelancer to join our dynamic team. This remote role focuses on providing exceptional customer service support for a telecommunications client, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As an Inbound Customer Service Freelancer, you will handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
What You'll Do
- Provide inbound customer service support, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Document customer requests in the CRM system accurately.
- Communicate in a service-oriented manner with customers.
- Work as a freelancer from a location in the EU (excluding Germany).
- Maintain a reliable workspace that is not accessible to others.
- Ensure you have the necessary hardware and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbit/s.
- Participate in personal onboarding and collaborate in a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Must have a reliable workspace and necessary equipment.
- Eligibility to work as a freelancer is required.
