About the Role

We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Freelancer to join our dynamic team. This remote role focuses on providing exceptional customer service support for a telecommunications client, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As an Inbound Customer Service Freelancer, you will handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Provide inbound customer service support, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
  • Document customer requests in the CRM system accurately.
  • Communicate in a service-oriented manner with customers.
  • Work as a freelancer from a location in the EU (excluding Germany).
  • Maintain a reliable workspace that is not accessible to others.
  • Ensure you have the necessary hardware and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbit/s.
  • Participate in personal onboarding and collaborate in a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Must have a reliable workspace and necessary equipment.
  • Eligibility to work as a freelancer is required.
