What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for client organizations, ensuring a seamless experience from job posting to onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to multiple clients across various industries.
• Advise on employee relations matters, helping to resolve conflicts and improve workplace culture.
• Draft and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
• Assist with HR systems implementation, enhancing the efficiency of HR operations.
• Develop broad HR expertise through exposure to strategic and operational HR work.
• Work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong organizational and project management abilities.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, essential for effective client interaction.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple clients efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• HR designation (CHRP/CPHR) is considered an asset.
• Experience supporting multiple departments is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
